Executive Manager, Product Owner - Credit Risk Profile

The Credit Risk Profile (CRP) domain is a strategically critical capability, sitting at the intersection of Credit Risk, Business & Institutional Banking, Customer Data, and Regulatory Reporting. 

We’re looking for an Executive Manager–level Product Owner to establish and lead this domain, ensuring the Group has a trusted, governed, and optimised view of credit risk hierarchies and critical attributes used across lending, decisioning, and regulatory processes.

Within the Chief Operations Office (COO), the Customer Data Services Crew is responsible for establishing the Group’s core data mastery capabilities. 

We are evolving towards a multi-mastery model, where Customer, Product and Credit Risk Profile service domains work together to form a trusted and connected ecosystem powering AI enabled and highly contextualised customer data and insights.  Credit Risk Profile is a new and critical pillar in this model. 

What you’ll be doing:

You will lead the establishment and evolution of the Credit Risk Profile service domain, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment, product vision and ensuring the domain supports complex credit risk processes and regulatory requirements. 

• Define and lead the product vision, goals and roadmap for the Credit Risk Profile domain 

• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Credit Risk, Business Banking and Institutional Banking 

• Ensure the domain supports credit risk hierarchies, processes, regulatory reporting and capital outcomes 

• Navigate complex organisational dependencies and legacy practices to drive alignment and adoption 

• Act as the voice of the business and risk stakeholders for the squad 

• Lead delivery of change while balancing risk, compliance and business value 

• Partner with technical leads to deliver scalable domain, API and data capabilities 

• Drive adoption and transition from legacy identifiers and models 

We’re interested in hearing from people who: 

• Have strong experience working with Credit Risk, lending or regulatory domains 

• Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management at senior and executive levels 

• Can influence and align diverse stakeholders in complex environments 

• Bring strong product thinking and strategic mindset 

• Have experience delivering cross-domain or enterprise initiatives 

• Understand data concepts and platforms (MDM, APIs, data products), though deep technical expertise is not  

• Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping new domains 

• Can balance business, risk and delivery priorities effectively
