We’re looking for an Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level admin support to our Legal and Company Secretary Operations (LCS Ops) team . In this role, you’ll anticipate needs, manage critical stakeholder relationships and operate with confidentiality and autonomy. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values inclusivity, and a good culture, while delivering exceptional support to senior leaders. If you’re adaptable, tech-savvy and passionate about staying one step ahead, this is your opportunity to make a real difference. This is a 12-month opportunity based in either Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).
