You will be skilled coordinator of property marketing and customer relationship building, with an understanding of the database, nurturing and growth. Qualifications & experience

• Passion for the Industry
• An Agent Representative Certificate or LEA
• Full time availability
• Your own car and drivers license
• Positive attitude, driven & extremely keen to learn.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workflow
• Great work ethic involving a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm
• Customer service focus with a positive and can-do attitude

Tasks & responsibilities

• Door Knocking and fixing appointments
• Cold calling / database calls
• Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
• Prepare marketing kits and sales appraisals
• Managing advertising schedules
• Database management
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting at auctions and opens and inspections
• Attending sales meetings and training sessions
