DUTIES

• Routine inspections.
• Property entry and exit condition reports.
• Leases
• Assisting Property Managers
• Being a part of a small team allows for maximum support and on the job training.
    

MUST HAVES

• Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
• Previous experience with Property Me, IRE, Vault, Teams & Inspector Express preferred but not essential
• Have a strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
• Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
• Have the ability to handle difficult situations and think outside the box
• High attention to detail for processes and procedures
• Have a current real estate certificate of registration and Driver's license
• Must be an Australian Citizen Or Permanent Resident.
