Experienced Barista / FOH All Rounder - Hiring Urgently

Rival Brothers Coffee Roasters is on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Barista / Front of House All Rounder to join our vibrant Mt Barker Cafe. 

This is a busy role leading Front of House and Barista duties in partnership with the Manager. In this role you will contribute to shaping our coffee program, and join the amazing FOH team to drive quality and consistency. 

We are looking for someone who:

• is confident and has a genuine passion for crafting exceptional coffee
• is confident and experienced with latte art
• engages with customers to educate them on coffee and our products
• provides outstanding customer service
• maintains a clean and welcoming environment, and 
• thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting.

This role includes completing open and end of day duties, and assisting with the daily operations to support the Floor Manager and wider team. 

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Responsible Person Licence, or willingness to obtain, is required. 

Wednesday, Friday and Sunday availability is a MUST. Flexibility to jump in on Saturdays when other staff are away is required. Part-time salaried position negotiable.
