Experienced F&B Duty Manager - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Maroochy River Golf Club, on David Low Way just outside of Bli Bli, boasts a modern clubhouse with outstanding Bar and Bistro facilities and our popular Mini Golf attraction.

A newly created position, the Duty Manager will lead by example in delivering high service standards in bar, dining and gaming service at the Club. 

Beyond a proven track record of front of house proficiency, the position also carries specific administrational responsibilities in relation to staff training, rostering, beverage stock control and promotions. Demonstrable expertise in these areas will be considered favorably. 

This role will ideally suit an experienced hospitality operator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience at a supervisory level in a busy licensed hospitality setting. 

While the roster will afford some flexibility, the Club Duty Manger will routinely close the venue (not usually later than 11pm) and perform weekend shifts.

A salary package commensurate with experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
