Role Description: Become a full-time Level 1 or 2 Information Technology Engineer, essential to our mission of delivering top-notch client support with quality, efficiency, and integrity.
For Level 1 (On-Site):
- Basic IT understanding and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-centric communication abilities
- Proficiency in following protocols and procedures
- Willingness to embrace new technologies
For Level 2 (Remote):
- Help desk or technical support background
- Advanced troubleshooting proficiency
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices
- Capability to mentor Level 1 team members
We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Valid driver's license

- Technical service management experience
