Our client is looking for an experienced Probate Clerk/Wills and Estates Secretary. This is an exceptional opportunity to begin a fresh challenge with a friendly firm where you will quickly feel part of their team.
In this role, you will form part of a team. In this team, you will work alongside a Partner, running estate files and drafting Wills and POAs.

Typical duties may include:
Preparing Wills and Leases;
Enduring Powers of Attorney and Probate;
Managing Probate files from start to finish;
Preparing Supreme Court documents to obtain a Grant of Probate;
Preparing distribution statements;
Lodging forms;
Preparing Application;
Managing client contact database;
Liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Probate Clerk.
