EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER

Site location: Brisbane and surrounding suburbs

Description of Role / Duties:

Due to sustained growth across Brisbane, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be working alongside the Director and our experienced leadership team.

Responsibilities –

– Represent company at Pre Contract Award meetings
– Manage & delivery of Project contract term
– Understand & manage the scope of works of each project
– Recruit & develop onsite team
– Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly work scheduling format
– Create & control time management dead lines with team & clients
– Achieve cost of sales budget expense
– Prepare & submit weekly project reports
– Maintain manpower, materials & equipment per project
– Prepare, record & lodge final project reports & documents
– Establish regular meetings with team, clients & suppliers
– Manage & consultant teams through various phases of project
– Collaborate with, mentor & develop a team that reflects our values.

Skills & Experience:

– Proven Project Management experience in a lead role on projects
