JOB BRIEF

As an Estimator in a fast-growing estimating services company which specializes in metal roof and cladding estimation for residential and commercial projects with clients across Australia and New Zealand, you will be a capable and driven professional with an eye for accuracy while ensuring that you provide accurate plan take-offs and bill of quantities to our clients.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and quickly become hands on with the systems used by the company for estimating.
• Meticulously read and understand the plans and drawings sent by the client. 
• Understand client requirements and ensure all specifications are looked at before estimating.
• Provide accurately marked drawings as per specifications.
• Generate Bill Of Quantities to be supplied to the client as per requirement.
• Participate and contribute towards change initiatives from the company for continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
• Demonstrate a keen sense of ownership and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. 

Requirements & qualifications:

• Experience in roof estimation. 
• Experience in RoofWizard or similar roof modelling Software.
• High attention to details.
• Advanced computer skills and keystrokes 
• A quick learner with the ability to retain information.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
