Our client requires an Experienced Sales Associate to join their successful team in selling house and land packages, residential projects, and second-hand sales! This fast-paced role will see you involved in all facets of the listing and selling process. working directly with the developers, the stock is there to sell! On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Attending weekly development meetings
• Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
• Sales administration & compliance
• Liaising with developers and builders
• Database prospecting & cold calls
• Handling all potential buyer enquiries
• Email, appointment and diary management
• Setting up & collecting signboards

The Candidate:

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Switched and driven to succeed
• Must have some real estate sales experience
• The desire to have a long-term career in Real Estate Sales
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
