Experienced Site Admin - Urgent Position

DNH Solutions are looking for an EXPERIENCED SITE ADMIN to join our team to work at BMA Sites in the Bowen Basin for Immediate Start.

About the Role:

We are seeking to employ efficient and motivated Site Admin with attention to detail who can work as part of a good cultured team.

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
• Basic recruitment duties, onboarding etc.
• Excellent attention to detail, diligence and willingness to learn
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance and HR.
• Prepare all training documents for your crew 
• Book accommodation
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years Site Administration experience.
• Standard 11
• Coal Board Medical
