At Forma, we work exclusively on residential projects — the kind where the benchtop is the centrepiece of someone's home, and every install has to be flawless. We're looking for an experienced Stone Benchtop Installer who takes pride in representing a quality brand in clients' homes and wants a long-term role with a team that respects the trade.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing stone benchtops in residential homes with precision and care
• Reading plans and preparing jobs accurately on site
• Representing Forma professionally in our clients' homes
• Coordinating with the fabrication team to ensure seamless delivery and fit
• Conducting site measures to ensure accurate fabrication (experience or interest a plus)

At Forma, attitude and aptitude rate higher than experience. It is essential that you bring:

• A professional manner when working in residential homes
• Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard of finish
• A current driver's licence
• Reliable, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
• Full working rights in Australia

It will work in your favour if you also have:

• 2+ years' experience in stone benchtop installation
• Experience with, or an interest in learning industry-specific site measuring
• Confidence working to tight tolerances in finished residential environments

• Top-level hourly rate + super + incentives (after probation)
• Salary range $90,000 – $100,000
• Sign-on bonus
• Full-time Monday to Friday
