ARCH is inviting Expressions of Interest from talented professionals across the architecture and design industry to join our growing national team in any of our five studio locations.

Following recent project wins, we are seeking individuals at all career stages, from graduates and students through to experienced professionals and senior leaders, across a broad range of roles including:

The Opportunity
Depending on your experience, you may contribute to or lead:

• Design and delivery of projects across sectors including health, education, community, and sport


• Development of architectural concepts through to detailed documentation


• Collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to resolve complex design challenges


• Production of drawings, specifications and technical documentation


• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability principles


• Providing technical input throughout project delivery


• Ongoing improvement of design processes and practice standards

About You
We are interested in candidates who demonstrate:

• Experience (or interest) in health, education, community or sports projects


• Strong design thinking and architectural problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in Revit and related design tools


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities


• Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices


• Effective time management and ability to deliver quality outcomes


• A passion for creating high-quality, user-centred design solutions
