This is an expression of interest designed to connect with talented change professionals with Wealth Management and/or Superannuation experience, who are interested in upcoming roles as they become available.

About the Opportunities

Our Enterprise Change Practice partners with business and technology teams to successfully deliver enterprise-wide strategic initiatives spanning people, process and technology change. Opportunities may arise across a variety of programs and business functions, requiring professionals with diverse change management backgrounds and experiences.

Skills & Experience

We are seeking experienced Change Managers and Senior Change Managers who have proven experience delivering complex strategic initiatives within Wealth Management and/or Superannuation organisations.

In addition, experience in one or more of the following areas within Wealth Management and/or Superannuation will be highly regarded:

• Advice and Adviser Experience


• Digital and Technology


• Platform Migration and Administration


• Successor Fund Transfer (SFT) Programs

What You'll Bring

• Experience delivering change initiatives within complex Wealth Management and/or Superannuation environments is essential.


• Ability to develop and execute change strategies and plans.


• Proactive, hands-on approach to driving change outcomes from planning through to delivery.


• Experience supporting business and technology strategic initiatives.


• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.


• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across the business and within an Enterprise Change Practice environment.


• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
