This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while continuing your studies. Our cadetship is designed to support your professional development and provide real-world exposure to projects, teams, and clients.

To be considered for our cadetship program, you must be:

• In at least your 3rd year of a Construction Management or related degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management).
• Passionate about building a career in the construction industry
• Available to work 4 days during the academic year and full-time during university breaks
