Champagne Recruitment is seeking expressions of interest for an experienced Project Manager to join a team in the Adelaide CBD. 

Our client is a national, multi-disciplinary professional services company that offers client-side project management among other construction consultancy services.

With upcoming work becoming available, you will be tasked with overseeing project teams and ensuring successful project outcomes by adeptly applying various project management tools and methodologies on a daily basis. Additionally, you must demonstrate a high level of competence in executing your responsibilities.

As their new Project Manager, will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. You will be required to manage resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage low to medium risk projects.
• Manage Stakeholders
• Prepare assessments and certifications.
• Deliver specific outcomes on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients on projects.
• Provide technical input into tender proposals and attend tender interviews.
• Use your professional skills to identify cost, scope, and program issues.
• Ability to identify anticipated risks.
• Ensure project delivery within the confines of the project constraints.

Requirements:

• A track record of delivering projects.
• Exemplary communication skills suitable to provide leadership to project teams.
• Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders.
• Confident in safety, environmental and quality knowledge
• Australian Citizenship 

Qualifications:

• Tertiary experience in Project Management, Construction or Engineering related degree.

OR

• Significant construction industry experience combined with job professional development training in Project Management.
