About Chateau Yering 

• Chateau Yering offers you the most tranquil, perhaps romantic, accommodation in the Yarra Valley. Proudly taking pride of place on the 250-acre estate overlooking the Yarra River, this stunning heritage property dating from 1854, is the perfect place to explore the vineyards, fruit farms, villages and stunning scenery this region is famous for.


• Accommodation at Chateau Yering provides 32 suites, each decorated in a unique style to showcase a range of antique furniture and fine art. All are presented with large white marble ensuite and expansive private balcony.  


• Chateau Yering offers onsite dining at Eleanore's Restaurant and Sweetwater Cafe, and boasts a range of versatile event spaces that can accommodate both small gatherings, weddings and large-scale conferences 


• At Chateau Yering, guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of the surroundings, indulge in exquisite cuisine, explore the local vineyards, and unwind in luxurious accommodations. It is a destination that offers a harmonious blend of history, nature, and refined hospitality. 
  
  

About the Opportunity 

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated F&B Breakfast Attendants and Supervisors, Housekeeping Attendants and Supervisors, Kitchen/Culinary Team Members and Front Office Team Members and Supervisors to become part of our dynamic team. If you have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you. Join us in providing unforgettable moments in one of the most exquisite settings in Australia. 

About You 

• Your genuine passion for hospitality shines through your top-notch service approach. 


• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, reflecting our commitment to excellence. 


• While prior restaurant and bar experience is a plus, we equally value your love for hospitality. 


• Possess excellent organization and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. 


• Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. 


• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. 


• Prove your ability to multitask, handle pressure, and think on your feet. 


• Own transportation is essential due to our property's location.
