The opportunity

We are currently taking Expressions of Interest for our 2025 Graduate Program.

The Program offers a structured pathway for developing essential skills, knowledge, and experience. As part of our team, you’ll apply these skills to solve real-world problems, ensuring a strong start to your engineering career.

How it works

• Join us on a permanent, full-time basis
• Spend the initial 18 months in our ANCA Graduate Program
• Get exposure to key Engineering areas and disciplines through Program rotations
• Learn from those who are passionate about what they do – have a dedicated Mentor to guide and support you throughout the Program
• Gain professional and technical skills through development training and on-the-job experiences

What we’re looking for

Talented and passionate graduates in the following engineering disciplines (or similar):

• Mechanical
• Mechatronic
• Robotics
• Electrical
• Software
• Automation and Control Systems

To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must meet the following:

• You are currently in the final year of your degree program, or
• You have graduated in the last 24 months at the time of application
• You are currently residing within Australia with current working rights.
