Expressions of Interest are being sought for a new opportunity on the Victorian Broad Gauge network. We are on the lookout for talented individuals equipped with essential skills and traits.

We are looking for Expressions of Interest for the following roles

• Hand Signaller Level 2
• Track Force Protection Coordinator Level 3
• Track Maintenance Machine Level 5

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in critical problem-solving activities to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the rail network.
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively across various teams to facilitate coordination and relay essential information.
• Utilise technology efficiently, adapting to new systems and platforms as required to improve processes.
• Show adaptability while handling diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within a rail or related industry.
• Excellence in problem-solving with a strong analytical mindset.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated tech-savviness and ability to quickly learn new software or equipment.
