BDO’s Value Creation Services (VCS) team is growing and we’re on the lookout for top talent to join our team. We’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals at the Senior Consultant to Senior Manager level to join our dynamic and growing practice in either Melbourne or Sydney.

About the Team

Our VCS team partners with clients to unlock enterprise value, delivering transformative change either through the M&A lifecycle (pre-deal strategy through to post-merger integration, separation and IPO) or post M&A lifecycle (strategic initiatives of the CFO, operational excellence & enterprise transformation). We work with ASX-listed companies, private equity funds, and fast-growing businesses to deliver commercial, operational and corporate function transformation.

About You

• High degree of intellectual curiosity. You need to understand the “why” and can think several steps ahead of a problem statement.

• Operate with integrity.  Park self-interest and do the right thing, displaying self-awareness.

Relevant skills that would strengthen your application include one or more of the following areas:

• Pre-deal strategy and readiness

• Post-merger integration, separation and carve-out

• CFO strategic initiatives

• Corporate and finance function transformation or operational excellence
