Receptionist / Facilities Assistant

Sodexo is seeking a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join our small corporate team supporting a leading professional services company in the Adelaide CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist internal and external visitors with a friendly, professional manner

• Manage visitor records and coordinate meeting room bookings

• Support catering arrangements for meetings and events

• Assist with mailroom processes and maintain communal staff areas

• Provide AV/VC support for meetings and presentations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer-facing experience in a professional or corporate environment

• Background in corporate catering, 5-star hospitality, or body corporate administration is highly regarded

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
