Our client is a successful and dynamic company with a proven record spanning 25 years across aviation, property, and corporate services. They are currently looking for great people to join their facilites and maintenance team.

About the role

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Caretaker to support the daily operations of their facilities. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment, assist with various maintenance tasks along providing strong customer service to tennants.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
• Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and space organization
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the common areas, restrooms, and kitchens
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialised maintenance services
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and service requests
• Assist with mail distribution and other administrative tasks as needed

Skills & Experience

• Min 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Previous maintenance experience is advantageous
• Industrial White card
• Chemical certificate (desirable)
• Asbestos awareness certificate (desirable)
