About the role:

We are looking for a Facility Caretaker based at our Eastern Creek campus to create and maintain elevated levels of presentation of the data centre, ensuring facilities are maintained in the best possible condition.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Spot sweep grounds
• Mop, vacuum rooms and empty bins as required
• Remove cobwebs from external areas
• Clean external and internal glass
• Check on rubbish removal and rotate skips
• Tidy boardroom including clean and stock up kitchen supplies
• Spray and wipe toilets, mop floors and top up rolls and paper towels
• Change sticky mats
• Clean in row cooler covers on rotation
• Vacuum foyer and offices sills and ledges, check for cobwebs
• Clean internal doors, remove scuffs from doors and walls
• Check cleanliness of temporary site offices if in use

Other duties

• General help with deliveries and materials handling
• Check docks are clear for any incoming deliveries

About you:

• Proven work experience in a "housekeeping' or similar role
• Customer-oriented attitude

Essential:

• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain, an NV1 Security Clearance
