About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our State Logistics team.

Reporting to the State Logistics Manager, you'll lead facilities management across a complex distribution centre environment, ensuring our sites remain safe, compliant, and operationally efficient. You'll work closely with operational leaders, landlords, contractors, and national stakeholders to deliver effective maintenance, compliance, and asset management strategies that support business performance

In This Role

• Lead all facilities maintenance, repairs, and asset management activities


• Develop and execute preventative maintenance and capital replacement programs


• Manage contractor performance and key service provider relationships


• Ensure compliance with HACCP, WHS, environmental, and legislative requirements


• Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance safety, service, and cost outcomes

You're Likely a Match If

• You have Facilities Management experience within logistics, FMCG, industrial, or distribution centre environments.


• You possess a strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, WHS, and compliance requirements


• You have proven experience managing contractors, maintenance programs, and site services


• You are highly analytical with strong financial and project management capability


• You have excellent stakeholder management skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
