Facilities Manager - Portfolio

Opportunity to join WA's largest owned and operated commercial property agency and provide Facilities Management across a portfolio of assets.

Your day to day duties will involve:

• Management and delivery of hard and soft services to each site.
• Monitoring and directing contractor performance and ensure that all contracts are executed and in place and contractor activities correspond to the scope and/or intent of the document. 
• Be an integral member of the team, driving collaboration whilst promoting Customer Service and Community Relations.
• Develop and implement Sustainability initiatives and best practices.
• Manage, develop and implement the operational plan for the properties, inclusive of managing contractors, staff and the delivery of property services in line with established standards and objectives.
• Responsible for developing plans to facilitate continuous quality improvements and enhance the value of the property.
• Preparation of operational and capital expenditure budgets.
• Coordinate tenancy de-fits and new lease fit-outs.

To be considered for the role, you must have previous demonstrable experience in a facilities management role.
