About the role:
The Facilities Manager will have the core function of working collaboratively with the Property team, service contractors and building occupants to ensure the successful maintenance and compliance of the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review tenant fit-out documentation and make recommendations for service relocations and additions.
• Review and re-tender maintenance and service agreements to ensure competitive, efficient, and cost-effective services.
• Monitor work by contractors and subcontractors, including tenant contractors.
• Assist in implementing approved capital works within budget and timetable.
• Provide facilities management support to the asset management team
  Manage the day-to-day facilities management of commercial buildings within the portfolio
• Ensure issues are actioned efficiently and closed out effectively, seeking feedback from those affected
• Actively manage the various portal services associated with service providers under management and follow up with the respective teams on outstanding request
• Assist in managing services/service providers across the portfolio and implementing improvements when possible.

About you

We are seeking a Facilities Manager with 3+ years of experience in Commercial Office Buildings to be responsible for the efficient, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all services within Vantage assets.
Your understanding of Property Management and/or Facilities Management and your ability to communicate technical information in a form that is easily understandable, will see you succeed in this role. You will be a proactive operator that strives to provide excellent customer service.
