Vendors, contracts & financial governance

  • Support ESG initiatives (energy reduction, waste diversion, water stewardship) and contribute to reporting requirements.

What will help you succeed in this role?

  • Proven vendor and contract management skills, including negotiation, SLA administration and performance reviews.
  • Working knowledge of building services/systems (MEP/HVAC) and experience coordinating with building management/technical teams.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance planning, asset registers and service logs.
  • Strong budgeting/procurement and data-driven reporting capability.
