We’re seeking a customer-focused Family Care Officer to deliver exceptional support to families, centres and internal stakeholders while helping create positive experiences.

What you’ll do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, supporting family enquiries, enrolments and account-related matters.

• Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email, triaging enquiries to the appropriate teams.

• Support family accounts, including enrolments, refunds, payment plans, debt management and CCS-related enquiries.

• Liaise with centres, families and internal stakeholders to resolve questions and provide timely support.

• Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing & alignment to our Busy Bee values.

• Proven customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment.

• Strong administrative and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
