Family Law Personal Assistant - Urgent Hire

Family Law Assistant needed for our friendly South Melbourne team, with flexibility to work partly from home.

We are passionate about changing the way family law is done and we are looking for someone who will be excited to join our dynamic, growing team. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Diary management
• Preparation of Court documents and correspondence
• Client liaison
• Preparation of letters
• File management
• Drafting documentation and preparing Briefs
• Indexing documents
• Liaising and corresponding with third party providers
• Conducting searches

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

• minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Personal/Legal Assistant
• be polished, professional 
• well-spoken and possess a can-do attitude 
• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must
• Experience with ActionStep a bonus

2 years' experience working as a Personal/Legal Assistant is essential, Family Law experience desirable.
