Family Life is a recognised Employer of Choice. Work with us and be part of our supportive, people-focused culture.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Family Services team on a fixed-term basis until the 30 June 2028. Working alongside the Families and Communities team and the Creating Capable Communities team, the Family Services Support Practitioner supports community engagement activities that improve accessibility, participation and connection for local families. Embedded within community settings, the role helps promote Family Life’s evidence-based groupwork programs and broader supports, while nurturing community connection, belonging and warm referral pathways.
This position is based across the Sandringham and Frankston Family Life Service Centres and other place-based locations as required on Bunurong Land. It is well suited to someone who is highly organised, confident working with data and systems, and passionate about supporting families through strong administration, relationship-building and community connection.
