F&B Service Expert - In Room Dining

Position Summary:

• Rise with us and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines

• Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience

• Ensure the back of house area is adequately stocked and clean at all times

• Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms

• With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience

• Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

• Support your like-minded food and beverage team in general operational tasks

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA

• Relevant experience in a similar role

• Working rights in Australia
