To be successful, you should have\: 

• Previous experience within a similar high volume food service or hospitality environment.  
• Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding customer service experience.  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. 
• Reliable, self-motivated team player. 
• Fun, positive and radiant disposition. 
• Ability to deliver consistently high standards of service whilst under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment. 
• Experience working with POS Systems and competent with cash handling. 
• Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks. 
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate. 
• Ability to speak a second language and Barista experience would be highly desirable. 

About the position\:   

The role of a SkyPoint Attendant is to positively engage with our guests and provide service excellence and efficient operations across our Food & Beverage, Events and Guest Services departments. Guest Services provides the first point of contact for our visitors at SkyPoint by welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner; facilitating front entry, processing entry tickets and generating sales.  A beaming smile for a warm welcome is essential! 

Once on the observation deck, our Food & Beverage operation provides an all-day dining experience in our Bistro & Bar, whilst our team also maintain a high standard of cleanliness and venue presentation, ensuring an exceptional SkyPoint experience is delivered to our guests.
