Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the F&B department, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Lead and inspire a team of F&B professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications: - 2 years experience in a similar role
- Gaming experience (KENO/TAB)
- RMLV
- Approved Managers license would be advantageous but not essential
