The company has been operational for over 30 years and specializes in providing legal/recovery/field services to lawyers, banks, financiers, and insurance companies. They have a dedicated team of Administrators and Field Agents in the Melbourne metropolitan area, with their head office being based near the Melbourne CBD area (Queens Road, Melbourne 3004). The high-paced nature of their industry means that they work as a close-knit team in order to manage workloads, deliver exceptional service and exceed their customers’ expectations. Given the ongoing demand for their service, they are now seeking to add a reliable and confident Field Agent to service Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs.  

The Position…

In the position of Field Agent, you will have the following responsibilities/requirements:

• You will be required to process serving and field calls by attending at a given address for a Debtor/Defendant for the purpose of serving legal documents or completing a Field Call.
  


• Due to the nature of the job, field agents are expected to work up to four (4) nights per week and either a Saturday or Sunday morning. 
  


• Travel is an essential part of the job, and one may frequently have to journey to different locations. A current driver's license and a reliable car are mandatory for this role. 
  


• You will be required to enter details of attendances in a specified format, through the company’s online database.
  

The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Legal support service, Finance, Insurance, Credit Control, and/or Debt Collection industries (beneficial, not necessary)
  


• Effective time management skills, coordinating multiple ongoing tasks, and adhering to deadlines.
  


• Exceptional attention to detail.
  


• The ability to work under pressure.
  


• Flexibility and accountability. 
  


• High-level negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  


• Professional presentation.
  


• The ability to provide detailed reports of field operations in a timely manner.
