Your new role
This role sits at Level 3 and focuses on providing advanced technical support for POS and payment solutions. You'll be responsible for end-to-end site installations, configuration, and ongoing technical support for POS systems and payment terminals.The role combines in-office work with regular onsite visits across Sydney metro and regional locations. You'll also be involved in pre-launch activities such as device programming and menu builds, acting as a subject-matter expert for customers and internal teams.You'll work directly with customers, troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and ensure a high-quality, professional on-site experience that reflects the brand.

What you'll need to succeed

Hands-on experience supporting POS and payment systems

Strong technical troubleshooting skills across POS hardware, terminals, peripherals, and network connectivity

Experience completing end-to-end site installs, upgrades, and migrations

Confidence working directly with customers on site and remotely

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users

Willingness to travel within Sydney and regional areas as required

Flexibility to occasionally support outside standard business hours
