Field Manager

About the Role
In this role you will be hands on in supporting the Arrow Energy telecommunications infrastructure program. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the delivery of greenfield  telecommunications tower and communications asset projects within a highly regulated gas field environment.

As the Field Manager you will be the key leader on site, driving safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading day-to-day site operations 


• Managing subcontractors and field crews to achieve project outcomes


• Planning and scheduling resources, plant, and materials


• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards


• Conducting toolbox talks, audits, risk assessments, and safety reviews


• Monitoring project progress, reporting performance, and managing variations


• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders


• Driving productivity while maintaining Ventia's commitment to safety excellence

Required Skills and Experience
You will be a respected leader who thrives in a complex field environment and is able to confidently manage multiple stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in telecommunications (particularly telco rigging activities) and civil construction 


• Experience delivering greenfield telecommunications tower projects


• Understanding of lift planning, tower rescue requirements, and working at heights environments


• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site-based construction activities


• Strong client facing communication and relationship management skills


• Excellent planning, reporting and problem-solving capabilities


• Solid computer skills (Microsoft suite)


• Relevant trade qualifications and significant industry knowledge


• Current drivers licence and construction white card
