Job Description - Field Marketing Lead, APAC, Korn Ferry Digital.

Job description

THE ROLE

  • Develop and execute marketing programs to support sales goals for Korn Ferry Digital’s solutions and services.
  • Partner with commercial teams to identify and prioritize target accounts and execute marketing plans for those accounts.
  • Plan and execute field marketing events, including seminars, trade shows, webinars, executive roundtables, and other demand generation activities.
  • Manage event logistics, including booth design and production, collateral development, shipping, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create and deliver high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to integrate field marketing programs with digital campaigns, including email, social media, and webinars.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Korn Ferry Digital portfolio, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Support the development of sales tools and enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, and battlecards.
  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field marketing.
  • Experience executing marketing programs that support sales goals.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience managing events, including trade shows, seminars, and webinars.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions, including sales, channel, and digital marketing.
