Our client is seeking to engage a Field Marketing Manager on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.

Position Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager with a track record of supporting sophisticated marketing organisations. Reporting to the Senior Director, Field Marketing ANZ, you will be responsible for leading and executing a program of customer case studies, associated videos, photography, and sales enablement material plus a program of marketing campaign activity including events and 3rd party sponsorships.
Engage with sales stakeholders to ensure the tactics are strategically aligned thus ensuring leads and activities are properly actioned the sales team to generate a pipeline of opportunities. Set up, monitor, and report out on analytics for campaign measurement and tracking.
We are looking for a people-person, a strategic problem solver and a highly collaborative individual who is passionate about creating memorable and inspirational moments for our customers and sales and marketing stakeholders. This person must be a brilliant communicator with a creative and strategic multi-task approach and can adapt to constantly evolving priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Building customer reference program for joint-marketing opportunities across the business
• Supporting the wider Field Marketing AU/NZ team to secure customer speakers and references for their campaigns and programs
• Executing B2B events (virtual and face to face) and 3rd Party Sponsorships.
• Identifying, qualifying, and creating customer success stories and supporting assets for our websites and sales teams
• Supporting key strategic events both locally and globally
• Aligned with buyer marketing, industry programs and sales stakeholders
• Collaborating with sales enablement to up skill and education new and existing account executives around the customer relationship program
• Managing multiple stakeholders across the business such as Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Internal Communications, Brand, Product Marketing, Public/Analyst Relations and Customer Success Group
• Strategizing and managing agency relationships to lead new advocacy initiatives and program innovations

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on marketing communications, customer relations and customer advocacy
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to think creatively, identify and tackle problems within a fast paced ever changing environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - a track record of delivering business analytics to senior executives
• Customer facing experience
• Supporting additional programs such as customer film, video, and photography
• Experience of working across different global regions (Advantageous)
• Experience with Salesforce and related products such as Slack (Advantageous)
