Position Summary:

Senior Marketing Manager with a modern digital first skill set to plan, execute and deliver marketing programs from brand to demand with a vertical industry orientation. Responsible for building and executing end to end multi-faceted marketing programs, and collaborating with the business to define and drive a strategic marketing mix that drives sales objectives and builds Cognizant’s brand. Possessing a strong digital marketing background, leveraging martech to build program journeys and play an innovation role in exploring new channels to bring content to market.

Mandatory Skills:

  • A proven track record building and executing multi-faceted marketing programs and best practice customer journeys.
  • Experience working in growth verticals, developing a marketing strategy for the verticals and driving execution.
  • Leadership and professional communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Designing and driving execution of end-to-end programs.
  • Revising plans as required to respond to changing market and business conditions.
  • Be the “voice of the customer”: bring an outside in view to sales and to the development of marketing programs in all business discussions.
  • Partnering with media planning team to develop an optimised approach to reach key audiences.
  • In conjunction with the campaign planning function: strategize, design and drive execution of end-to-end campaign flow.
  • Support lead management and build in appropriate lead capture mechanisms where required.
  • Actively monitor all campaign analytics and build appropriate reporting on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the business, stakeholders, and work across local and regional teams to tweak and curate program plans that align to local ANZ requirements.

Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000
