Field Marketing
The Field Marketing team at GBG consists of regional marketing professionals across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Together, the team delivers account-based marketing, event marketing, and in-market programmes to support pipeline growth across each region. Field Marketing plays a key role in executing GBG's go-to-market strategy and driving regional performance.
Field Marketing Manager - ANZ
The Field Marketing Manager ANZ will support the delivery of account-based marketing campaigns and in-person activations across the region. Working closely with the sales team, this role will help execute one-to-one and one-to-few account plans, contribute to buyer research, and support the development of targeted messaging and multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
What you will do
Partner with sales to build account profiles and identify opportunities across both existing customers and new business
Support the execution of account-based field campaignsincluding in-person events and targeted outreach
Help build campaign plans aligned to personas and specific accounts, to drive engagement and pipeline progression
Contribute to content and campaign briefs, working with internal teams and external partners
Gather feedback from the ANZ sales team and share insights with marketing to improve campaign performance
Skills we're looking for
Experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a technology environment
Strong collaboration with sales and customer-facing teams
Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense (or similar)
Experience supporting event marketing, including planning and delivery
Understanding of multi-channel campaigns across digital, ABM, content and events
A proactive mindset with the ability to generate ideas and optimise performance using data
