About the Role:

The Field Sales Representative role (or Field Market Developer as we refer to it internally) is an integral part of the Fox Racing Australia team.  This role is the Fox brand ambassador in the field. A passionate rider yourself, you're also a great communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.  

This role is responsible for selling, merchandising and maintaining inventory levels for Fox MX, MTB and Lifestyle / Casual products to existing and potential accounts and deliver on MX, MTB and Lifestyle/Casual brands and overall sales revenue targets for the designated QLD territory and account base.

To be successful you will have;

  • Experience in similar role with an understanding of wholesale & retail sales (preferably in the sports action industry).
  • Passionate about customer service, engagement and experience with proven ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers. 
  • Have a winning attitude, be a lateral thinker, able to anticipate customer needs based on their desired outcomes and provide tailored and seamless experiences resulting in repeat business and a positive experience.
  • Naturally driven to meet and exceed weekly sales targets and competent with managing sales, margin and inventory data.
  • Proven ability to confidently negotiate and mediate with a positive attitude, creating win-win outcomes for customers.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, rapport building and great people skills.
  • Exceptional organization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and autonomously whilst being an integral part of the FRA team-oriented culture.
  • Social media savvy and good working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, excel, word, power point.
  • Passion for Action sport and adventure 
  • Flexibility to travel and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
