The Role 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly energetic & ambitious individual to join our busy team, based in our Mt Waverley office.

The Field Service Coordinator role works alongside another Coordinator and within the broader Mt Waverley Service department. Reporting directly to the State Service Manager, they are the first point of call for customers, field technicians and general enquires, as well as accurate and efficient processing of relevant data.

In joining our Service department as Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Regularly run the service due reports to identify units due for service. Liaise with customers to arrange servicing
• Co-ordinate the movement of Field Service Technicians and sub-contractors for breakdowns and services 
• Prioritise and deal effectively with customer concerns
• Complete administrative support tasks as directed and supporting the Service Manager as required
• Manage repair orders
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers

The Successful Candidate

We are seeking an energised, bubbly & upbeat individual that is proactive, displays good communication skills both written & verbal & determined to achieve results. 

Specifically you will display the following attributes:

• Strong customer service aptitude, with a never-say-no approach to customer interactions
• A friendly and professional telephone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels
• An understanding of computer based information systems including MS office and the ability to manage spreadsheets and databases
• A solution finder with a “can do” attitude
• The desire to work as member of a larger team, in a highly energetic environment
• Must be highly organised and possess great attention to detail.
• A keenness to learn about the business or industry, and to progress
