Job Description

To develop and demonstrate, through both formal and on the job training, the technical, administrative and interpersonal skills and knowledge required to competently service a limited variety of systems, hardware and software in a customer environment. It is expected that the duties and responsibilities of this job will be mastered within approximately 6 months, at which time management will make a decision regarding future assignments and responsibilities.
