Your role…

As part of our technical field team, you’ll focus on exceptional technology support to our clients across a variety of AV and UC solutions. You will be someone with a broad technical skillset across a wide range of hardware and software technologies, such as:

General AV systems and control systems (e.g., AMX, Crestron, Extron)

• Audio setup and signal processing (e.g., Biamp, Bose, QSC)


• IP-based signal transport and video distribution technologies


• Videoconferencing platforms such as Cisco or Microsoft Teams


• IP networks, switching, and routing


• Video streaming and recording platforms

Whether you’re an experienced AV/IT professional, Corporate Concierge, or Venue Technician - or someone with strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning - we’d love to hear from you.

We also have offices in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, so there is some flexibility that could be worked into the role for the right candidate.
