Field Service Technician

 Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite installations, maintenance, and repairs on sweepers, scrubbers, buggies and lots more machinery (training is provided).
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts usage and customer interactions.
• Uphold safety standards and protocols while working onsite.
• Proven experience as a field service technician or similar role, we have found experience in the automotive industry is a helpful attribute.
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with effective communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license. 
• Must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen.
