Field Service Technician - Hiring Now

We are looking for Field Service Technicians in Sydney to join our team.

Our core business is the service, supply and installation of Loading Dock Equipment including dock levellers, roller doors, gates, barriers and more.

Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, your new role will be to maintain, repair, install and troubleshoot this equipment on site.

• Willingness to travel including nights away when required

You'll join a team of technicians who work a rotating after hours emergency on-call roster with overtime frequently available.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit field service reports that capture all time and work completed on site
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers
• Complete on-site equipment audits and evaluations
• Practice and adhere to all safety and training
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships onsite

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Low Voltage electrical troubleshooting experience will be an advantage
• Ability to travel
