Field Service Technician II

Provides post-sales services for customers including installation, configuration, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves malfunctions. Determines when products should be upgraded or replaced to meet customer needs. Provide customers assistance with the operation and maintenance of company products. Develop on-going relationship with customers to secure future business. May provide on-site training to customers on the features of the equipment they purchase.

  • Be comfortable in a diverse range of manufacturing environments.
  • Have the skills required to provide preventative maintenance and breakdown support for industrial equipment with focus on Fluid Processing systems from a mechanical and controls perspective.
  • Be suited to a team environment, be willing and able to follow instruction with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and Flexible, the candidate will be part of a wider regional team, dedicated to providing strong service support.
  • Working knowledge of WHS principles and familiarity of induction processes and requirements.
