Your Role

Join Us as a Field Service & Installation Technician - QLD (Gold Coast) 

Are you a team player with strong relationship skills and a passion for fitness and technology? At Technogym, we’re looking for someone proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused to join our Service team.

As a Field Service & Installation Technician, you’ll maintain, repair, and install fitness equipment at customer sites across Gold Coast and occasionally regional QLD/NT and interstate across Australia. Your mission: deliver top-quality service and ensure the best fitness experience for our clients.

Your Impact

You are ensuring the best fitness experience anywhere by 

• 
  
  
  
  • Carrying out Installations, preventative maintenance, service and repairs 
  
  
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions
  
  
  • Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
  
  
  • Properly managing work orders and service reports
  
  
  • Communicating effectively with customers and escalate problems when necessary
  
  
  • Ensure the equipment is safe to use
  
  
  
  

About You

• Mechanical & electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking


• Hands-on repair experience in similar role in electro-mechanical discipline


• Excellent communication skills 


• Ability to work autonomously and great time management skills


• Comfortable working under pressure and meet productivity goals and targets


• Excellent driving history, must hold a current Driver's License


• Right to work in Australia
