Field Service Technician [WA]

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager (ANZ), you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing home appliances across our product range within customer homes and commercial environments.

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same. You'll be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, tools, training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customer service calls across the Perth metropolitan region and surrounding areas


• Diagnose and repair domestic appliances, both in and out of warranty


• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards


• Accurately complete service reports and job documentation


• Manage van stock and spare parts inventory


• Process payments for non-warranty repairs when required


• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all OH&S requirements


• Build positive relationships with customers and service partners


• Participate in ongoing technical training and development

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in appliance servicing, electrical repairs, trade services or a related technical field


• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence


• Full Australian working rights


• Ability to work independently while managing a mobile service schedule

Highly Regarded

• Type A Gas Servicing Licence (preferred but not essential)


• Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence


• Experience repairing domestic appliances


• Trade qualification in electrical, refrigeration, gas fitting or a related field
